We had a fantastic stay at a quiet and peaceful hotel surrounded by green space and trees. The hotel is located in a very large area with facilities for sports activities on the hill. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a well-functioning AC and shower. The hotel staff spoke excellent English and the front of house manager was very helpful. The location of the hotel was not far from the city, making it convenient to explore.

Spent an amazing time during New Year at a hotel in Pakchong. Central location in the town meant we could easily explore all the local attractions. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel also had a fantastic pool where we spent endless hours, and a great restaurant with an impressive wine list.

There was also a musty smell that was hard to ignore. The bathroom was small and needs updating.

the room had a foul smell, and we encountered pigeons everywhere, leading to a lot of pigeon poo in the area.
